Service areas
We accept orders only for active configured delivery zones. The pincode checker uses live zone and delivery capacity data; sample zones do not imply city-wide service.
Dates and windows
Delivery windows are shown in India Standard Time. Same-day ordering depends on configured cutoff and preparation lead time. Checkout reserves a window for 15 minutes pending payment.
Recipient availability
Provide a complete address, working recipient mobile number and delivery instructions. Delivery staff record success or a failed delivery reason. Contact support for redelivery arrangements.
Rescheduling
Authenticated customers may reschedule confirmed orders at least four hours before the original window, subject to available capacity. Preparation-stage orders cannot be rescheduled through self-service.
