Catalog and pricing
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and are verified by the server at checkout. Demo products and generated photographs are illustrative. Bouquet sizes, wrapping and add-ons are recorded on each order.
Order acceptance
An order is confirmed only after the server verifies captured payment and inventory and delivery reservations remain valid. A browser payment callback alone does not confirm an order.
Availability
Stock and delivery windows are limited. Checkout reservations expire after 15 minutes. Delivery is available only in explicitly configured service areas.
Business identity
The operator must provide its legal name, registered address, contact details, applicable tax information and final policies before production launch.
