Can I order without an account?
Please sign in or create an account before placing an order. Your bouquet bag is saved while you sign in, and you can view your orders in your account.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Add your greeting card message, wrapping choice and an optional gift on the bouquet page before adding it to your bag.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is limited to configured Chennai pincodes. Check your pincode at checkout to see delivery charges and actual available windows.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Demo photographs are illustrative. Actual arrangements can vary with seasonal availability. Confirm any substitutions with the recipient or purchaser according to the final business policy.
Is a mock payment a real charge?
No. Mock payment is only available in development. Production uses Razorpay server verification.
